About these terms

These terms apply to rubbish collection services arranged with Rubbish Removal Wodonga and to the use of this website.

Quotes and assessments

Figures given over the phone or from photos are an initial assessment based on the information provided. The final price may need to be confirmed once the rubbish and access conditions have been seen in person.

If the job differs materially from what was described, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

Bookings and timing

Collection times are arranged in advance. Same-day or next-day collection may be available, depending on scheduling, but is not guaranteed.

If we are running behind or need to reschedule, we will let you know as early as possible.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the rubbish, including any keys, gates, permits or building approvals required.

Where access is materially different to what was described, additional time or cost may apply.

Items we can and cannot accept

We do not collect asbestos or any material suspected of containing asbestos, chemicals, paints, solvents, fuels, oils, gas bottles, pressurised cylinders, clinical or medical waste, or contaminated soil.

Heavy materials such as concrete, bricks, soil and tiles must be confirmed before booking because of vehicle weight limits.

Appliances must be disconnected from power, gas and plumbing by a suitably qualified person before collection.

Ownership of items

By asking us to remove items, you confirm you are entitled to dispose of them. Once loaded, items are treated as waste and cannot be returned.

Please check the load carefully before we leave, and set aside anything that is staying.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before collection. The agreed price covers the scope discussed; changes to the scope on the day may change the price.

Liability

We take reasonable care when working on your property. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
