How do I book a collection?

Do I need to be home?

Not always. If the rubbish is outside and accessible, and access has been arranged in advance, we can often collect without you there.

A few days' notice gives the most flexibility, but shorter turnarounds are often possible depending on the week.

What can you take?

Household junk, furniture, mattresses, whitegoods, garden waste, garage and shed contents, renovation debris, office furniture and general packaging.

Yes. One mattress or one couch is a perfectly normal job.

Most household electronics can be collected. Larger or unusual equipment is worth mentioning first.

Fridges, freezers, washers and dryers are usually fine once disconnected. Some refrigeration and air conditioning units need confirming.

Yes. We can collect from inside rooms, garages, sheds and backyards — just tell us where the rubbish is.

What if there are stairs?

Stairs are manageable but add time, and sometimes a second person. Mention them when you enquire.

No, though stacking items in one spot does speed the job up and can reduce the cost.

We can give an initial assessment from a good description or photos. The final price may need to be confirmed once we see the rubbish and access.

Small jobs are welcome. Very small loads still involve travel and disposal, so they are priced accordingly.

Why does heavy material cost more?

Weight limits and disposal charges apply to dense material like soil, tiles and masonry, even when the volume is small.

Wodonga and nearby communities including West Wodonga, Baranduda, Killara, Leneva, Bandiana, Bonegilla, Huon Creek, Barnawartha and Chiltern.

No. Asbestos and any material suspected of containing asbestos must be handled by a licensed asbestos removalist.

No. Paints, solvents, fuels, oils, pool chemicals and similar products cannot be collected.

It is an initial assessment. If the job matches the photos, the figure should hold; if it is noticeably different, we will discuss it before loading.
